Terms of business:

• If you are unsure about any aspect of my work then say so and I will sit for you for ten minutes without a fee.
• I never know how long a sitting will last though normally it is anywhere between 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
• I cannot guarantee who will come through to speak to you.
• If you want me to record the sitting tell me when you make an appointment. There is no charge for the recording but you will need an e-mail address for the recording to be sent to you. Recording is only offered for face to face sittings.
• If at the end of the sitting you are unhappy with the quality of my work then please just say so. I will not argue with you and I will not charge you for my time.
• You will be told my fee for your sitting at the time you make a booking and will be expected to pay this fee at the end of the sitting. If the sitting is by Skype or Facetime I will send you an electronic invoice by email or SMS and this must be paid before the sitting.
• Any fees for courses are to be paid before or at the start of the course. These fees are non refundable unless I have to cancel the course in which case all or part of the fee will be returned depending on how much of the course has run.
